UK GDPR-style rules
We process data in line with UK GDPR. You can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Who can see what
Staff get only the access they need. Extra login checks (MFA) are supported.
Call recording rules
MIA tells callers when a call is recorded if the law says we must. Optional recording for quality is available.
Activity logs
We keep a record of important system actions. Large customers can ask for full exports.
Attack blocking
We use strong network protection against overload attacks. No formal uptime promise (no SLA) on standard plans.
