Data retention

This page summarises how long we keep common categories of MIA data. It is not legal advice. The privacy notice has the full wording, lawful bases, and your rights.

• Account and configuration

  Kept while your account is active; removed after verified deletion or tenant closure, normally within about 30 days unless law requires longer.

• Call summaries and transcripts

  Used to run the service (capture, handoffs, booking context). Retained under the same rules as account data unless your agreement says otherwise.

• Call recordings

  Only if you turn recording on. Retention follows what we agree in your order or DPA.

• Billing and tax

  Often kept about six years where UK rules require it, even if you ask for wider erasure.
